Note that the paintings can only be bought, once they are completely finished

A framed painting of a tiger's face with piercing yellow eyes detail, on a dark background.

Golden Eyes

Face to face with a tiger!

This painting is almost finished, but don’t look too close at the frame! That still needs a lot of care

Special: The eyes of the tiger in this painting are made with Gold imitation leaf. This creates an amazing glow effect (as seen in the photos) while still looking quite realistic in the painting

Medium: Oil on stretched canvas in recycled wooden frame

Painting of a bald eagle's head, showing detailed features with a black background.

Cinereous vulture

This painting is almost finished, just the last few touches and refinements are missing

I am currently learning how to paint feathers. This painting was just right for that task, since vultures have all sorts of feathers, from the soft “fluff” around their neck, to the more defined mantle feathers

Medium: Oil on stretched canvas

Painting of a dark-colored parrot with intricate feather detailing, set against a black background.

Red tailed black cockatoo

Another painting that I am using to learn how to paint feathers

Medium: Oil on stretched canvas
